With a passion for devising innovative concepts and a strong affection for a good piece of tender meat, the idea of Bief & Burgers was born.
For almost all of our beef, we use the Irish breed "Shannon." These cows roam freely outside for almost the entire year. Furthermore, nearly all of our dishes are prepared on the "Josper Grill," which is a combination of an oven and grill that gives a unique smoky flavor to all our dishes.
Additionally, we have a large private parking lot right in front of the door. Due to our excellent location, directly situated on the N201, Bief & Burgers is extremely suitable for business lunches and dinners. The 'Spieringweg' bus stop is located 100 meters from our restaurant.
